World Skate Games

World Skate is proud to announce the World Skate Games World Championships 2022 in Downhill, Street Luge, Slalom and Vert Skateboarding, to be held in San Juan and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This will be the third World Skate-sanctioned Championships of Vert, the second one for
Downhill and Street Luge. And, it will be the first ever World Skate-sanctioned World
Championships for Slalom Skateboarding.
Mark your calendars, get ready, and we’ll see you in Argentina!

PROVISIONAL CALENDAR

Provisional Schedules per discipline*:
Downhill (DH) and Street Luge (SL):
November 8th – Official training, 1st athletes meeting
November 9th – Official training, 2nd athletes meeting
November 10th – Official training and SL time trial
November 11th – SL race and Finals, DH time trial
November 12th – DH race and Finals
*subject to changes. Schedules will be defined upon registration closure.

COMPETITION FORMAT

● Time Trials (Men and Women)
● World Championship (4-person heats for both men and women)

VENUE

The Downhill Skateboarding, Street Luge World Championships will be held at
Dique Punta Negra, San Juan, Argentina.

COUNTRY QUOTAS

Downhill and Street Luge:
● 8 per gender
● Within the men’s team, a maximum of 6 can be from a single discipline.
● Within the women’s team, a maximum of 6 can be from a single discipline.
